Its mostly repeatable tasks each sprint.

Unfortunately, we have no such feature.
Could you elaborate on your use case? What kinds of Stories and Tasks are repeated?

You have mapped it correctly - apology for late reply but it looks like I am not notified until you closed the issue...
Can you check the system is sending email notification after you submit issue/receive comments to it? Thank you.
