Epic break down
Hello,
Once we break down Epic user story we complete the split, but what happens the original EPIC? how can we close it down/remove from backlog once spited User Stories are done.
Statement from Kunagi Team
The idea in Kunagi is that you always split out stories from the epic story. The last one you don't split anymore - just reuse/rename it.

if you reuse it or rename - you loose the EPIC (which has the connection to all child stories), right? Would it be correct to estimate 0 SP and complete it in last sprint?

The Epic lives on in a common Theme. If you use the split-feature, the original and the newly created Story are automatically assigned a (generated) common Theme.
If you have suggestions how we can improve on that feature, feel free to share them. Concrete use cases from practice always help. It turns out, however, to be not so easy to build consistent features that alway meet users' expectations. :-)
