Corruption in subject title of e-mails

After the new-year, e-mail notifications have "{???}" in the beginning of the subject title (ie, "{???} <project>: <user> has claimed <task#> <task title>"). There was nothing in the error-logs to indicate where the problem may be stemming from.

I had initially thought the usage of keywords (ie, ${issuer.name}) for the generic e-mail template that is sent out, but I was unable to locate the template to review any further.

The templates can be configured in Settings -> Project Settings

Bug is fixed for Release 0.26.2. Needs to be tested.
