When I Convert Bug to Story, comments aren't copied

I had a Bug issue with multiple comments. I then decided to convert it to a Story. That worked, however none of the comments were copied over. Was this intentional? It's a bit of a pain because I have to go hunt down the closed issue to see those comments. I'm assuming this is a bug.

In fact this was intentional. We decided to leave comments where they were. But I see the problem. We will discuss this again...
