HTTP Status 500 - StartServlet.init(ServletConfig) failed

I have had a error using kunagi in Tomcat 8 (Tomcat is installed on a Windows Server 2008 64 bits)

Exception: javax.servlet.ServletException: StartServlet.init(ServletConfig) failed
Root cause: java.lang.NullPointerException
