Separate entities by project
Instead of saving all entities of all projects togeter, every project could get its own directory.
So that individual project backups can be done just by copying/zipping the project directory.
So that projects can be transferred between Kunagi servers just by copying the project directory.
So that Kunagi loads projects lazy, when opened, instead of loading all projects on startup into RAM.
