Size and wrapping in Wiki-Codeblocks
In the wiki, allow quote and code boxes to fill the width of the page. Currently, their width is constrained narrower than the width of the wiki box they are in, causing unnecessary scroll bars.
Also, the content of the quote frames seems to wrap around. If it has scrollbars, then the text shouldn't wrap.
