Assigning users to a project

User registrated after project has been created can not be added to project team.
None of such users is shown to select in Project Properties page scrum roles fields.

You have to add new users to a project, before you can assign roles to them. Use the Participants field to add users to a project.

Problem is in that users registered after project was created are not visible in Participants field until you logout and login again. So if you are logged in and user X1 will register and even login to system, you are not able to see user X1 as available participant. You have to logout and login to see that new user.
Im using version 0.16.1
