Sorting Backlog fails while users expand/collaps Stories

When multiple users click different Stories in the Product Backlog, sorting it fails.

Expanding a block writes a PB state to the server. This can lead to race conditions overwriting changes that are made by the Product Owner and corrupt the User interface on the client (not the actual data).
