Filter unused Themes

Suggest having an option to filter out all themes from theme widget that are not contained in the currently active release. The reason is that over multiple releases the themes list can become cluttered with themes that nobody needs anymore.

For example, if I had a prior release that was focused on stories about "dolphins" and "whales", I wouldn't want to see those themes in the widget for my next release which is about "peacocks" and "pheasants".

Fixed.

Themes that only appear in the Sprint History are not displayed in the Theme Widget when no other (current) Story is tagged with them.

It is possible to get them back by explicitely type the Theme into the Theme Widget.
