Redesign "Project Selector"

As user I see a nice list of projects with title, logo, short description and participants with a clearly visible "Open project" button. There is no preferences or administration in this view - not even for the projects on the list. Preferences and administration are always accesible from the header toolbar.

On "Create new project", the new created project opens immediately.
