Could you please post what exactly you are doing to get the crash, espacially

• what Kunagi version you are running
• what steps you perform in Kunagi until the crash happens, including
  • what state your project is in (lot of entities, completely new, ...)
  • what view and what feature you use to create the Task
• what "crash" mean exactly (i. e. an error message, browser crash, blank page, ...)

You might also want to check the log file of the server (catalina.out) for Exceptions.
