Can not change server address in xml file

I am trying to recover a database and run it on another server. I have changed the URL pointing to the sever in the systemconfig directory. WHen I run kunagi (windows version) it resets this back to what it was before and will not let me see the local database. It is using the old server address in the URL bar of the browser.

Where else is this stored?

I found if I delete the file config.properties in the root of the data then it rebuilds it from the xml files. Issue solved!
