Confirm why cannot download PDF now?
I pasted the URL for generating PDF and the error message. Any comments? or that service is down now?
with error message:
An error occured during the download of the PDF file. The file does not exist, or there was a problem during the download process.

I have just tried a download of a Product Backlog PDF on our demo installation of Kunagi and it worked fine.
Issue is closed.

What you can not do, is to save the URL and reuse it later. Is that what you have tried to do?

This is a known problem that most commonly occurs because the PDF file you have selected is behind a firewall or in a private intranet. In these cases, the server-side script that does the PDF to HTML conversion cannot reach the PDF file, instead giving you the message above.

You have to be logged in, to download a PDF from Kunagi. Third party services can not download the PDF, because they are not logged in. You have to download the PDF onto your computer. Then you can do with it, what you want.
