Cannot enter data in the description field of an issue when using IE9

When using IE9, compatibility view or normal view, it is impossible to enter data in the description field of an issue. The editbox appears but it is not editable.

When clicking on an other field, a dialog appears with the message "Waiting for internal frame to load. This is a temporary workaround."

Quick note: The message you experience when navigating away from a field in edit mode is an unrelated issue that has nothing to do with the problem you describe.
