Multiple of Same Users with AD
I have had one user come to me and say he couldn't see any projects. Delving into it revealed his previous user had not logged in for 6 weeks and his new user didn't have the perms to the project.
The user is the same first.last, same email@example.com
I have multiple of the same users in there, I don't get it.
Its LDAPd appropriately and nobody has any issues except for the fact that every once in a while they have no perms

It appears the users are creating an account even thought they are LDAPd. How do we delete the errant accounts?

Project members and roles can be changed by the project admin in the project selection list. It can be accessed from Switch Project -> Project Selector. Please take into account that deleting users currently has unforseen consequences, if the users already made changes to project data. We recommend to remove old users from the roles or to disable, but not to completely delete or remove them from the project.
