Sort Tasks in Stories
At the moment, Tasks are sorted automatically by the program. But in cases where some tasks depend on the completion of others, it makes more sense to allow manual sorting by the user.
Acceptance tests
- new Tasks are displayed at the bottom of the Task list
- Team members can drag Tasks to change their order
- Task order in the Whiteboard and Sprint Backlog is the same
