Display Version
A product version should be displayed in the program and the download, so that users can determine whether Kunagi is up to date or not.
Acceptance tests
- in the program, a program version is displayed
- on the website, the the current program version is displayed near the download link
- downloaded archives should be named according to the program version
- there should be a permalink to the current version
