Optimize Product Backlog prioritization (Story creation)

As a Product Owner working on the Product Backlog I want to drag a new Story into existence so that it doesn't appear at the very end of the backlog and has to be reordered first.

  • dragging new stories into existence (or some equivalent method if dragging proves to be unreasonable)
