Create new wiki page button is missing

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Got to Collaboration then click Wiki. Notice that "Create new wiki page" button is missing.

Desired Behavior:
"Create new wiki page" button should always be available.

I cannto reproduce your problem. When I open up the Wiki, the button is there on the top right.

If you have updated Kunagi recently, to prevent weird caching bugs, try pressing Ctrl+F5 (or equivalent) to clear you cache, since the Wiki view has been changed quite dramatically with the latest release.
