I should be able to log work using floating point for time like 1.5h
Sometimes a task takes time that is not a full hour. I should be able to log something like 1.5h.
This is important specially when you have projects charged per hour.
The reports in Kunagi are in hours. So, we can't use the "burned" field in minutes. Also, logging minutes is more complex then logging in hours
Statement from Kunagi Team
We don't recommend using Kunagi for time tracking. Use burned hours for rough estimations and burndown, not for accounting.

This is a recurring problem/request. However, there are several problems that arise with using Kunagi as a time tracking tool. We limit ourselves to allow one user to claim Tasks/Issues at a time. If more than one person is working on an Task/Issue, time tracking becomes intransparent, anyway. As a result, I would not recommend using Kunagi for accounting.
Would you allow arbitrary floating point values? If yes, what should happen when clicking "+" or "-".
