Getting a script termination/slow prompt frequently

We have been using Kunagi since two years for multiple projects in our department. We have accummulated good amount of data so far. Since couple months we notice slowness and prompt by browser whether to continue the script or stop.
Can you do anything about this?

We are not aware of specific performance bugs (although we try to improve performance continuously). If you have details about what is causing problems, please let us know.
