Length of Sprints should not be in Calendar Days

Currently, Sprint length is Calendar days, which makes no sense in a company environment, where people normally do not work on weekends (and if they do, your Sprint Planning, Project and maybe even company are screwed, pardon my French)

As Kunagi graciously allows for a project to have free days, these should be taken into account as non-working days regarding the Sprint planning

We plan to implement a "holiday calender" some day. This should allow to remove specific days from the expected burndown.

Removing them completely (as if these days weren't there) is not a good idea, because it would break the whole thing if someone does some work on an unexpected (free) day.
