much troubles upgrading :(

<nowiki>dropping in the new war did not update the system until I deleted a folder in the work directory and the kunagi folder in the webapps folder.

Next it only complained about a duplicate user (that I had also noticed to be there before, but before it did actually run kunagi).

After deleting one of the equal users I noticed that 5 of our stories had no content, so I stopped tomcat again, dropped in my backed up kunagi-data folder and started tomcat again, only this time it totally failed to start kunagi, with catalina.out giving me

SEVERE: The web application [/kunagi] appears to have started a thread named [DefaultLogRecordHandler-sysoutThread] but has failed to stop it. This is very likely to create a memory leak.

.... I keep investigating but for now we are out of our cool tool. (the style changes look good)

please disregard the last part. The kunagi-data needed a chown tomcat7. Not sure if it is in kunagi's power to either clarify upgrade instructions or package such that tomcat doesn't keep using the cached version. The duplicate user looks like the latest version fixed a bug where those got created but doesn't clean up accordingly?
