re-opened task has no journal event

According to the event log (dashboard) and the journal, "dev2 closed tsk29" is the last event. He reopened tsk29, so it's "in progress" again but there is no journal entry about that.

Funnily finishing and reopening the task makes the journal claim it was closed multiple times without events in between
