I do not fully understand your question, but I can try to answer anyway.

To add a team, you need everybody to register with your Kunagi instance. Then, in the project selector, you can add them as "Participants" to your project and assign roles to the participants (e.g. Team, Scrum Master, Product Owner, ...).

Please not that you need to run a Kunagi instance on your own server. Our demo installation will delete data after some while.
