Chat does not work accross time-zones
- when in different time-zones, chat messages by users in "later" time-zones replace the chat instead of being appended to it
- chat is cleared when people change their online state
- chat messages of people in "earlier" time-zones do not appear in the chat of people in "later" time-zones (they are insta-cleared)
