Option to remove weekends from Sprint Burndown.

Since it does not make too much sense to strip days from a projection, this is implemented by changing the projection to stagnate on weekends if a "no work on weekends" option is set.

in the Product Backlog or anywhere else. Has it been lost or deleted somehow?

Yes, the Story does not exist. Not sure why, but here is how you can do it: Set "free days" in Settings -> Projects settings to your weekends (e.g. Saturday and Sunday).
