Faster way to create Tasks

As a developer, I want a faster was to enter tasks.

I like the gmail way of replying to a email: at the bottom of the thread is a text area. Clicking on it turns the entire area into a reply.

Imagine an area (just a simple white text area) at the bottom of each user story, and in the white space in the unclaimed column of the taskboard. Clicking on it changes the area to a new task.
