Better Issue / Story organization of website

As a user I want to be able to trace open/closed/fixed bugs/issues faster on the support pages. As the list increases it becomes more and more tedious to find what I am looking for. Some sort of logical grouping by functional areas could be used to narrow down the areas of interest.

PS: This could also apply to ideas and stories.
