Risk priority computing

User Guide: table for "Prioritization of Risks" is not accurate.

The table shown in the User Guide for Project -> Risks does not match the actual calculation of risk priorities. E.g. a negligible, unlikely risk is prioritised as very low, but shown as moderate. It also seems wrong that a extreme, very likely risk is shown as moderate, while a extreme, very unlikely risk is shown as severe.

Statement from Kunagi Team

User guide and calculation do not match. We have to fix this.

I can not reproduce the problem with the extreme, very likely as moderate and extreme, very unlikely as severe. It works right in all my installations. Could you check this again please? And post a short message here, if it is really wrong? Thank You!

Ok, it seams, the header row in the user guide is twisted.
