Blank screen after downgrade

I have recently update kunagi from 14.1 to 16.1 but the problem is graph not showing properly!!!

Due to that
now I switch 16.1 to old one 14.1 but in that I am getting blank screen ..

Statement from Kunagi Team

Downgrades never work! This is because newer versions of Kunagi use new (extended) data formats.

You have to do a data backup on 0.14.1. Then upgrade to 0.16.1. If you would like to go back to 0.14.1, you have to restore the backup.

If you have no backup of your 0.14.1 data, you have to stay with 0.16.1.

There is a folder named "backup" in Kunagi versions until 0.17. This was a badly chosen name and is not 'intended for automatic backup.

as u mentioned I have backup the old version data but when I restored the same and try to restart the tomcat it will deleted the old dated backup folder from the webapps/kunagi/backup folder for that what to do.

due to that I am not able to switch to the old version also.

after restored from the backup for 14.1 I am not able to get the login screen.

only blank white screen comes. Please help what to do for the same.

If it is ok for you (and your company), you could zip your data directory and mail it to me too. Then I could analyse the problem.

see only restored the old version backup from backup file is not enough,

I have restored the last backup of dated 26-jan-10 which only having the data of january month, due to that I am not able to get the the Dec month 2010 data.

I think kunagi creating a different different folder for different different month.

which is not good for the user who taking a backup.

If we restored the last backup then we didn't get everything till to the that restored date, instead we getting a data of that month only.

when something goes wrong in kunagi and need to restored backup then we have to restored the every backup instead of restored any one backup. which very hectic.

My suggestion to kunagi team is that they have to design in such a way that only one backup need to restore when required.

I think, we have made a mistake by naming the internal folder backups. In Kunagi 17 and higher, this folder will be renamed.

There will also be a short guide, how to create and restore backups.
