New issues from the internet are not shown before reload

An issue that is submitted to the url http://server/kunagi/submitIssue reaches the server.

And a message is shown that my issue is submitted and that the PO needs to review it. But the issue is not shown in the Project->Issues until i reload the application by pressing F5.
