Cannot add new users to project

Added a new user to the system. But can't add this user as a member of project. He does not show up in the list of checkboxes. Using Kunagi 0.18 running on JBoss Application server 5.0.1 and using Firefox browser

You have to add new users to the participants field, before you can add them to role fields.

There is no Participants Field under Project Administration after the project is created?

Sorry I take that Back, you can not do it while the project is open, go switch project, Project selector then click the down arrow and the participant field is there.
