Claim task by two team members

In order to support pair programming it would be nice if a task could be claimed by two team members to indicate that both are working on that task.

From iss585: In the task, each developer working independently, should be burned separately.

Statement from Kunagi Team

Workaround: One Team Member claims the Tasks and doubles the burned hours that he enters.

To be honest, Kunagi was never good at accurate time tracking, especially what relating the burned work to Team Members is concerned.

We do not feel like this is really important, to be honest, because there is no gained value from being able to track who is working where and how many hours.

That's why I would say that we leave it as it is.
