Add project participants field into project admin view

Add member to project (resp. of iss459 didn't work).

My project is already created. After that 2 new members join team, so I now need to add them to the project. iss459 says: "...assign users to projects as 'participants'" but, I do not see any button etc., on the Project > Project Administration page, to do so.

At this time, the new user has already created a login account.

The participants field is not visible in the Project Administration view. You have to click the Switch Project button and select Project Selector.

We should put the field into Project Administration too.

The "Members:" field is uneditable, else my instinct told me that I could possibly add from a drop-down or a comma separated list there, but that doesn't seem to be possible.

So, is the "assign as participant" button placed somewhere else ?
