Accept story with defects

Would like the ability to Accept a user story with Defects. This means to me that we could add a task that is a bug. Then when the user story is accepted, these non-complete bug tasks would be automatically placed in a new story with a [original story name]-Continued at the start of the Product Backlog.

Currently I have to create a new story in the product backlog ("Story 1 - bug"), pull that story in to the Sprint, move the bug task to it, then accept the original story, and Kick the new bug fix story back to the backlog.

Status

Idea is accepted and the Product Owner needs to create a Story of it.

I like this idea. Not sure about the details, but accepting a story which has some minor issues is a common problem in my projects, too.
