Story with 0 SP
Would like to have a 0 pt story ability.
This would allow us to identify and track stories that do not produce "working software" such as Documentation. In our shop we use velocity to refer to our ability to produce working software. At the same time we are trying to use Kunagi for all of our scheduling and also have stories dealing with user documentation, and knowledge burn-down (used for investigation). These later stories should not be pointed as they don't produce working software, but we need to pull them into the sprint and they have tasks and hours associated with them.
