Burndown broken if Java version does not meet jGraph minimal requirements

No bug - just information. Quite some time ago, I entered a problem rendering graphs on Sun Solaris. I discovered yesterday that it was not an issue with Kunagi, or Solaris, but was caused by the version of the JDK that I was running. There must be a minimum version required for the graphics to work properly.
