EDNEEcxeption on LDAP login

When a LDAP user first logs into the site they get an error similar to the following:

Unexpected Error
EntityDoesNotExistException: Entity does not exist: 1390b0ec-7ba8-4915-be5b-e5db4bc3c682

When they revisit the site and try to login again, it works correctly.
