Add active users to projects

Hi,
I can't add active users to the project. I can add users, but I cannot assign tasks to users, and users (which are not me) cannot see the project and claim taks.

Adding users to a project as participants is not enough to enable them to actually do anything. Mere participants are chickens: they can watch, but they cannot actively participate. For that you have to assign them roles, e. g. Team Member.

Assigning Tasks to users other that oneself is never possible, because it undermines personal commitment.
