EntityDoesNotExistException in Demo

I tried to get an online demo of Kunagi just now by accessing it from my Google account.
this message appears :

Unexpected Error
EntityDoesNotExistException: Entity does not exist: ab978cce-2296-4d4b-a630-2527a36b886d

can you help me out? is it because of the time out request ?
