Stories without Tasks are displayed as "completed"
User Story without task shows up as 100% completed

In a sense, Stories without Tasks are indeed "completed". For example, marker Stories with 0 SP should behave this way.
We have removed the completion display for Stories without Tasks (Kunagi just shows "no tasks planned yet" instead of a completion percentage). Such Stories can still be accepted by the PO as if they were completed.
