Filter closed Issues

It seems like we need a page just to show issues related to the current (topmost) release since the Closed issues list can become cluttered. To support this, I suggest that Closed issues should be removed from the Issues page if they were fixed in a release that has been published. Only if no release has been defined should all Closed issues be shown.

Statement from Kunagi Team

Closed Issues are moved into the Closed Issues section of the Issues view.

Once closed, Kunagi does not load them by default, but lazily requests them from the server if the user follows a link to them (or clicks the "Show closed Issues" button).

Keep in mind that fixed Issues are not closed. Fixed means the developer has fixed it - then the PO has to close them.

As a matter of fact, if you close an issue, it disappears to the Closed Issues section. That is our way of "removal". Also, closed issues are not displayed by default. If you follow a link to them, only the required Issue is loaded and displayed. What else did you have in mind?
