Uncertain projection in PB should be marked as such

The Velocity projection in the Product Backlog projects as far as the Product Backlog is estimated, even if estimation need confirmation.

Once the projection passes past a non-confirmed element, the projection bars should be clearly marked as uncertain (e. g. by a different, less bright colouring).
