Windows version install fails on isolated network

The Windows installation fails immediately if you are attemtping to install on a network with no internet access. All it seems to be doing is going out to the Kunagi download site looking for the latest version. When it fails to find the website, the installation just stops.

Statement from Kunagi Team

Yes, the windows .exe is just an installer. But you can install Apache Tomcat 6 on your own and deploy the kunagi.war. But we have no windows users on our team, so we almost never test Kunagi on windows. We recommend to use a debian based linux.

It appears to be looking for a file that will tell it the version number. Where did you get the windows installer wrapper? Do you have the source code? Would you be willing to let myself or someone look at it to get it more robust?

I have written the wrapper myself. It is available on GitHub. Please send me a patch or a pull-request if you have made changes.
