No possibility for e-mail notifications after update to 0.24
After updating from 0.23.1 to 0.24 the new mail notification functionality does not work. There is no possibility to activate it under personal preferences. The flag is simply missing.

Do you mean the Receive Emails on journal events option? It should still be there. Go to Administration -> Personal Preferences. Please check your version (mouse-over over the Kunagi logo on the top left).
