is there a way to reopen a closed sprint?
Accidently closed sprint w/o accepting finished store

No, there is no such functionality. If you have Kunagi 0.24, you can go to the backups directory which is in the kunagi-data directory and restore a kunagi-data version which was created before you closed the sprint. If you restore such a backup, you have to delete all contents in kunag-data first.
