Crash when clicking on links in RTE fields

When clicking on links in RTE fields - like in the issue inbox - Kunagi sometimes crashes completely.

Furthermore, it may happen that the content of the RTE field is erased after the link is opened. It seems the RTE field gets focused and turns into edit mode when the link is clicked, which is not what I expect.

Occurs from time to time in Google Chrome and Firefox.
