Allow restriction override
In order to not unnecessarily harass experienced users, the Scrum Master can chose to disable program restrictions.
When this is done, users can perform actions that should generally not be done, but are warned by the program when doing so.
That accounts for both, flexibility and the program's intent to encourage the adherence to good practices.
Acceptance tests
- limit the number of PO and SM to 1
- check all restriction in the program for correcness
- option to disable role restriction within one project (to be used by the Scrum Master)
- option to disable other restriction within one prohject (to be used by the Scrum Master)
- warning when the user performs an action that he should not perform
